My Philosophy
Birth is a transformation, an event that has a lifelong impact. As a holistic doula, I believe pregnancy can be a sacred time to connect with our intuition, the earth (which we are part of), and our whole selves- body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I believe that our bodies know how to give birth, and as a supportive guide, I will encourage you to tap into your inner source of power.
I provide you with personalized tools and practices to instill confidence and knowledge throughout your pregnancy. I will hold space for you and be present for your experience without judgement, even if your wishes change along the way. I support people through the full spectrum of reproductive experience, including pregnancy, loss, abortion, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I provide an inclusive and affirming space for all people and all types of families. I believe that everyone deserves attuned, person-centered care, where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
When you work with a doula, research shows:
You are less likely to request pain medication during birth
You are less likely to need a cesarean
Your labor can be shorter
You are more likely to be satisfied with your birth!
Birth Doula Support
My role as a doula is to provide emotional, physical, informational, and advocacy support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond. Walking alongside your own wisdom and vision, I make sure your first memories with your baby are blissful. I am here to help create a positive experience, wherever you choose to give birth. My support can extend to your partners, family, and friends, providing reassurance, and helping them support you in all the ways you need.
-
We start our journey together by discussing your birth options and preferences and building a relationship on trust and compassion. I’m a reassuring call or text away during your pregnancy. When you need my assistance, I will join you and provide continuous support for the duration of your labor and birth.

Yoga, Meditation, and Sound
Prenatal yoga is an opportunity for you to connect with yourself, your breath, and your baby. Practicing yoga during pregnancy can support your holistic well-being. My classes provide mindset and body-based practices to help you prepare for birth and to use during labor, helping you remember your inner wisdom, strength, and resilience. I believe in the power of sound, and I love playing healing instruments in my classes and one-on-one sessions.
